This Web Hosting Agreement is between
Own V Registrar
and the person or organization using our website hosting, domain, and related services. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any of our products or services.

1. Services

Note: Transaction or payment gateway charges applied by third-party payment providers are separate from the advertised service price and are not considered hidden charges.
2. General Terms
- 2.1 → Customers are responsible for monitoring their allocated storage space, bandwidth, and other resource usage.
- 2.2 → Customers who exceed their account limits may be contacted with options to upgrade their service or reduce resource usage. Repeated or excessive violations may result in service suspension.
- 2.3 → Own V Registrar will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve service-related issues reported by customers.
- 2.4 → If a customer cancels a service during an active billing period, charges for that billing period may remain applicable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
3. Delivery of Services
An automated confirmation or receipt may be sent after successful payment. Customers should retain their order or invoice information for future reference. Account usernames or order identifiers may be required when contacting Own V Registrar support.
4. Payment Gateway Fees
- 4.1 → Payment gateway charges, where applicable, may be added to the invoice depending on the selected payment method.
- 4.2 → PayPal or other third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
- 4.3 → Card payment processors may apply applicable processing charges.

5. Domain Registration & Transfer
Domain registrations and transfers are subject to the rules and policies of the applicable domain registry, registrar, and governing authorities. Customers are responsible for providing accurate domain registration information and maintaining access to their domain account.
6. Resource Usage
- 6.1 → Shared hosting accounts are subject to reasonable CPU, memory, I/O, process, and other resource limits defined by the selected hosting plan.
- 6.2 → Cron jobs must not run excessively or consume unreasonable server resources.
- 6.3 → Email sending limits apply according to the customer’s hosting plan and server policies.
- 6.4 → Hosting accounts may not be used primarily as external file-storage or file-distribution services.
- 6.5 → Video streaming, movie distribution, public download repositories, FTP file-sharing services, and other resource-intensive activities may be restricted or prohibited on shared hosting plans.
7. Refund Policy
- 7.1 → Refund requests may be accepted within the applicable refund period if the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
- 7.2 → Domain registrations, domain renewals, SSL certificates, licenses, and other third-party products are generally non-refundable.
- 7.3 → Refunds are not applicable where an account has been suspended or terminated because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- 7.4 → Refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific product or service purchased.
8. Suspension and Termination
Own V Registrar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services if a customer violates these Terms & Conditions, fails to meet payment obligations, abuses server resources, engages in prohibited activity, or creates a security or operational risk to our infrastructure or other customers.
9. Customer Support

- 9.2 → Customers should provide sufficient information when reporting technical or service-related issues so that our team can investigate effectively.

10. Pricing and Charges

11. Late Payments

Customers should use strong passwords, keep software updated, and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. Own V Registrar is not responsible for security incidents resulting from customer negligence or compromised third-party software.
14. Agreement Modifications
Own V Registrar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
